Hsing Fu Junior High School began as a preparatory office housed at Shoushan Junior High in 2001, becoming an independent school in 2005 and reaching municipal status in December 2014. It was founded specifically to serve the population growth around Guishan's industrial park, and today enrolls around 436 students across 18 classes. The school has maintained a sister-school relationship with South Korea's Hwado Middle School since 2010.
幸福國中前身為2001年設於壽山國中的籌備處，2005年正式獨立設校，2014年12月改制為市立學校。設校目的即為因應龜山工業區周邊人口成長，目前全校約436名學生、18個班級，並自2010年起與南韓花道中學締結姊妹校。
