Wen-Shan Elementary School

Wen-Shan Elementary was established July 1, 1981 as a branch of Zhongshan Elementary, becoming independent the following month. The campus was built on land that had been a water-conservancy retention pond ("溜池") — the government funded both this school and the adjacent Zhongxing Junior High simultaneously to serve the growing community. Designated a Music Education specialty school, it sits on Wenzhong Road next to Zhongxing Junior High, near the Taiwan No. 1 provincial highway and the freeway interchange connecting South Taoyuan.

文山國小於民國70年（1981年）7月1日設立為中山國小分校，次月獨立設校。校地前身為水利溜池，政府當時同時興建本校與鄰近的中興國中，以因應社區成長需求。學校獲指定為音樂教育特色學校，校址位於文中路，緊鄰中興國中，鄰近台1線省道及銜接南桃園的交流道。
