A small school at a geographic crossroads.
Shezi Elementary was founded in 1970 and remains one of Xinwu's smaller schools, with about 57 students in one class per grade level plus a kindergarten class, taught by around 10 teachers. Its location is a geographic pivot point for the district: the Xinwu town center lies to the north, Fugang Railway Station to the south, and Yong'an Fishing Harbor to the west, with the school itself surrounded on all sides by farmland.
