Ruifeng Elementary began in 1980 as a branch school of Bade Elementary, before growing into an independent institution. In 2016 it was approved to establish an art-talent class (藝術才能美術班) for the early identification of artistically gifted students. The campus sits at a geographic junction linking Bade to Daxi, Taoyuan, Zhongli, and Pingzhen districts.
瑞豐國小於1980年（民國69年）以「瑞豐分校」之名自八德國小分出，之後獨立設校。2016年（民國105年）獲准成立藝術才能美術班，及早發掘具美術天分的學生。校地位於連結八德、大溪、桃園、中壢、平鎮五區的交通要衝。
