It is a complete secondary school combining both divisions on one campus, with approximately 550 students across 18 classes: 9 junior-high classes, 6 general senior-high classes, and 3 athletics-track senior-high classes. The school's motto, "誠公勤樸" (Integrity, Impartiality, Diligence, Simplicity), guides a campus located in Xiangong Village, near the Sicao and Lu'ermen wetland area of Annan District.
土城高中創立於1983年（民國72年），初為國中，2004年（民國93年）改制為附設國中部的高級中學。現為國高中部合一的完全中學，全校約550名學生、18個班級，包含國中部9班、高中普通科6班及高中體育班3班。校訓「誠公勤樸」，校址位於安南區顯宮里，鄰近四草與鹿耳門濕地生態區。
