Taipei Municipal Neihu Elementary School

Taipei Municipal Neihu Elementary School opened in November 1905 under Japanese colonial rule as "Neihu Public School" (內湖公學校) — school records describe it as founded "7 years before the Republic of China," making it older than the ROC itself. After Taiwan's retrocession in 1945, the school was reorganized under ROC administration in 1946. Today it is considered one of Taiwan's nationally recognized "century-old schools" (百年老校), the oldest school in Neihu District by a wide margin, reflecting the area's history as a settled farming community long before its 20th-century urbanization.

內湖國小創立於1905年（民國前7年）11月，日治時期名為「內湖公學校」，校方資料明確記載其創校早於中華民國成立。臺灣光復後，學校於民國35年（1946年）依中華民國體制改組。如今，內湖國小被視為全臺知名的「百年老校」之一，也是內湖區歷史最悠久的學校，見證了這個地區在20世紀都市化之前，長期作為農業聚落的歷史。
