Wenlin Junior High is Tongluo Township's junior high school, based at its main campus in Chaoyang Village. In addition to the main campus, the school operates a branch campus (文隆分部) in Xinlong Village that has graduated more than 1,127 alumni over the years, extending the school's reach into the more remote parts of the township.
