Chang'an Elementary School

Chang'an Elementary began in September 1948 as a branch class of Anshun National School, held inside Chang'an Village's ancestral temple. It became a full branch campus in 1950 and was formally established as an independent school, "Tainan City Annan District Chang'an National School," in August 1952, under founding principal Chen Chun-fa — who also founded nearby Tucheng Elementary. The school took its present name in 1968 under the nine-year compulsory education reform, and held a joint 50th-anniversary school and community sports day in December 2001.

長安國小於1948年（民國37年）9月，以安順國校分班形式創立，最初借用長安村祖廟空間上課。1950年（民國39年）成為完整分校，1952年（民國41年）8月正式獨立設校，定名「臺南市安南區長安國民學校」，創校校長為陳春發——他同時也是鄰近土城國小的創校校長。1968年配合九年國教改制，定名為現今校名，並於2001年12月舉辦校慶50週年校社聯合運動會。
