Xinyi Elementary School

Xinyi Elementary opened on August 1, 1998, following planning that began in June 1997 under acting director Wang Aming, who was concurrently principal of Xiaoxin Elementary School. The school's name was approved on August 25, 1997, and groundbreaking for the first campus building took place on February 10, 1998, presided over by then-county magistrate Chen Tang-shan. It was established to relieve enrollment pressure at the saturated Jiali and Ren-ai elementary schools amid the area's economic and population growth, and has since become one of the newest elementary schools serving Jiali's continuing suburban expansion.

信義國小於民國87年（1998年）8月1日創校，籌備工作自民國86年（1997年）6月展開，由代理主任王阿明（同時兼任小新國小校長）負責，校名於同年8月25日核定，第一期校舍工程則於民國87年（1998年）2月10日動土，由時任縣長陳唐山主持。設校目的在於紓解當時人口與經濟成長下佳里、仁愛兩所國小學生數已趨飽和的壓力，是服務佳里持續向外擴張之郊區社區的新設學校之一。
