Wenhua Elementary School

Wenhua Elementary was officially established on July 1, 1996, to serve Guiren District's growing Wenhua neighborhood. It initially borrowed classrooms from neighboring Guinan Elementary School while its own campus was under construction, moving in by January 1998 and graduating its first class in 1999. One of the district's newest elementary schools, it now enrolls roughly 1,057 elementary students plus kindergarten across about 39 classes, with teachers holding doctoral and master's degrees among its faculty.

文化國小於民國85年（1996年）7月1日正式設校，因應歸仁區文化里人口成長而設立。創校初期借用鄰近歸南國小教室上課，至民國87年（1998年）1月遷入自有校舍，民國88年（1999年）產出首屆畢業生。作為歸仁區最新設立的小學之一，目前約有1,057名國小學生外加幼兒園，共39班，師資中不乏具博士、碩士學位者。
