Tainan Municipal Chenggong Junior High School

Chenggong Junior High School was founded in 1967, per the Tainan City Education Bureau's official school directory. In January 2017, it became the first school in Taiwan to which the "Regulations on Suspension and Merger of Public Elementary and Junior High Schools" was formally applied, due to declining enrollment — but sustained advocacy from the school's parents' association led the Education Bureau to reverse the closure decision, and the school continued normal enrollment for the 2017 school year. Today Chenggong runs bilingual-education programming and a digital learning center, and its cafeteria policy uses only domestically-sourced pork and beef.

成功國中依臺南市教育局官方學校名錄，創立於1967年（民國56年）。2017年（民國106年）1月，成功國中成為全臺第一所被正式適用「公立國民小學及國民中學合併停辦條例」的學校，起因為學生人數下滑；然而在家長會積極爭取下，教育局最終撤銷停辦決定，學校於2017學年度持續正常招生。目前學校推動雙語教育課程與數位學習中心，午餐政策也堅持僅使用國產豬肉與牛肉。
