Wenshui Elementary is the oldest school in Taian Township, founded in 1917 during the Japanese colonial era (Taisho 6). The school celebrated its centennial in 2017, and its campus today covers approximately 21,131 square meters. Like many schools in the region, it has been renamed several times over the decades to match successive changes to county and township names, but has continuously served the Atayal community of Taian throughout.
汶水國小是泰安鄉歷史最悠久的學校,創立於日治大正6年(1917年),並於2017年舉辦建校百週年慶祝活動。校地面積約21,131平方公尺。如同區域內許多學校,汶水國小歷經數次更名,反映了縣、鄉行政區劃的歷史變遷,但始終持續服務泰安鄉的泰雅族社區。
