Ruitang Elementary School

Ruitang Elementary received Ministry of Education funding approval on July 4, 1998, and was formally established by the Taoyuan County government just three weeks later, on July 24, under the original name "Taoyuan County Yangming Elementary School Ruitang Branch." It is one of Yangmei's more recently established elementary schools, founded specifically to absorb rising student numbers in the Puxin area. In 2017, the Taoyuan City government built a new activity center and additional arts and specialty classrooms to address growing space constraints on campus.

瑞塘國小於民國87年（1998年）7月4日經教育部核准設校經費，同年7月24日由桃園縣政府成立，原名「桃園縣楊明國民小學瑞塘分校」。是楊梅區設校時間較晚的小學之一，因應埔心地區學生人數增加而設立。桃園市政府於2017年興建活動中心及附屬藝文、專科教室，因應校園空間不足問題。
