Qin'ai Elementary operates two campuses serving Qin'ai Village and the nearby Wanda area of Ren'ai Township. The main campus runs an immersive indigenous-language kindergarten program that builds Atayal fluency from an early age. Its Wanda branch campus (萬大分校) has drawn wider attention for transforming a former garage into an award-winning, Atayal-motif renovated art and design space, giving students a striking creative environment rooted in their own cultural identity.
