Its campus was designed by architect Hsieh Ying-chun with deliberate visual references to the nearby Hsinchu County Cultural Center, giving the school a distinctive architectural identity within Zhubei. Today the school is known for its arts-talent brass band and music program, and its students regularly take part in county-level science fair exhibitions.
