Quande Elementary School

Quande Elementary sits in Shanfu Village, in the northwestern part of Xiaoliuqiu — an area that tourism has transformed into a bustling commercial zone of guesthouses, barbecue restaurants, and water-activity operators. With roughly 100–130 students and about 11 teachers, the school is one of the island's smaller institutions, but it makes the most of its coastal setting: students take part in marine and ocean-education programs, learning about the local fishing industry while building traditional rafts and kayaks and going snorkeling as part of their schooling. The campus itself displays student-made art installations, including murals of marine life and pieces crafted from recycled ocean waste, and the school has hosted campus-touring life-education programs on themes like the human-animal bond.

全德國小位於小琉球西北部的杉福村——這一帶因觀光發展，已成為民宿、烤肉餐廳與水上活動業者聚集的商業區。學校規模不大，約有100至130名學生、11位教師，卻善用濱海地理優勢：學生透過海洋教育課程認識在地漁業，親手造筏、划獨木舟，並將浮潛納入課程的一部分。校園中展示著學生創作的裝置藝術，包括海洋生物壁畫與利用海廢材料製成的作品，學校也曾舉辦「獨一無二的家人」等巡迴生命教育課程。
