Puren Elementary School

Puren Elementary's exact founding date has not been separately confirmed, but a 60th-anniversary celebration and logo design contest held in October 2018 place its establishment around 1958. In 1998, the school planned a branch campus to serve the growing east side of Zhongli near Chung Yuan Christian University; that branch became the fully independent Zhongyuan Elementary School, which opened for enrollment in 2001. Puren's role as Zhongyuan's "parent school" reflects the continued suburban expansion of eastern Zhongli through the 1990s.

普仁國小確切創校年份尚無法完全確認，但依民國107年（2018年）舉辦的六十週年校慶暨校徽設計比賽推算，創校約在民國47、48年（1958年）前後。民國87年（1998年），學校規劃於中原大學鄰近地區設立分校，該分校後獨立設校為中原國小，於民國90年（2001年）開始招生。普仁作為中原國小的「母校」，見證了1990年代中壢東側郊區持續擴張的發展歷程。
