Shuili Elementary School

Shuili Elementary School is a small rural school on Fengyu Road in Linbian Township, affectionately described locally as "the elementary school that neighbors the sea" (與海為鄰的水利國小), reflecting its coastal location. With roughly 50 students, the school faces the enrollment pressures common to Taiwan's rural communities amid a falling national birthrate. To help sustain enrollment, its alumni association established a "Love Village, Love School Scholarship" (愛村愛校獎學金), offering NT$20,000 to incoming students — a grassroots effort to keep the school's doors open for the next generation.

水利國小是林邊鄉豐漁路上的一所小型鄉村學校，當地人親切地稱之為「與海為鄰的水利國小」，反映其沿海地理位置。全校約50名學生，如同台灣許多鄉村學校一樣，面臨少子化帶來的招生壓力。為了維持學生人數，校友會設立「愛村愛校獎學金」，提供新生新台幣2萬元獎學金——這是一項由基層發起、希望為下一代守住校門的努力。
