Neijiao Elementary was established in 1920, alongside a Guanziling branch classroom, with both becoming independent schools in 1922. The school celebrated its 100th-anniversary school celebration in 2020, attended by Tainan Mayor Huang Wei-che, who praised its continued vitality. It remains a very small rural school, with about six classes and roughly 38 students as of the 2022 school year.
內角國小創立於大正9年（1920年），與關子嶺分教場同時設立，兩校於大正11年（1922年）各自獨立設校。學校於民國109年（2020年）舉辦百年校慶，臺南市長黃偉哲親臨祝賀學校歷久彌新。至今仍是規模極小的鄉村學校，111學年度約有6班、38名學生。
