Nanzih Experimental Elementary was founded in 1947 as a company school for the children of Taiwan Pulp & Paper's Xinying Paper Mill employees, becoming an independent public school in 1961 as 'Tainan County Xinying Township Nanzih Elementary School.' It converted to an experimental, bilingual/arts-focused school in 2016 and celebrated its 60th anniversary with returning alumni in 2021. The school uses a CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) approach that blends English instruction with arts curriculum as its core teaching model.
南梓實小創立於民國36年（1947年），原為台灣紙業新營紙廠員工子弟學校，民國50年（1961年）獨立設校為台南縣新營鎮南梓國民小學，2016年轉型為雙語藝術實驗小學。學校於2021年舉辦一甲子校慶，邀請校友返校。學校核心教學模式為CLIL（內容與語言整合學習）教學法，融合英語教學與藝術課程。
