Muzha Vocational High School was established in 1982, with planning led by founding director Zhan Chuzhui beginning in 1980, to train skilled workers for Taiwan's growing precision machinery industry.
The school sits adjacent to Muzha MRT Station on the Wenhu Line, the same line that climbs toward the Maokong Gondola. It began offering a comprehensive high school curriculum in 2002, earning an "excellent" rating in the Ministry of Education's 2006 review, and now houses Taipei City's designated Drone Education Center.
木柵高工創立於1982年（民國71年），由首任籌備主任詹楚圭自1980年起規劃籌設，旨在為臺灣精密機械產業培育技術人才。
