Neiwan Elementary is a small rural school with about 60 students and 12 teachers, serving the Neiwan area of Zhuolan Township on the border between Miaoli and Taichung. The school also maintains an affiliated Baifan Branch. Despite its small size, Neiwan has produced notable student work — including a piece that won recognition in the Hsin Yi Children's Animation Award.
