Taipei Municipal Minzu Experimental Junior High School

Minzu Junior High was founded in 1968, originally sited near Songshan Airport's flight path. Aircraft noise problems eventually forced a move to the current Roosevelt Road campus in the 1970s, a relocation further delayed by a silkworm-experiment farm that had to vacate the land first; while waiting for construction, students borrowed classrooms at four different schools. A teacher-led grassroots initiative that began in the 2016 school year led to the school's August 2019 conversion into an experimental junior high, organized around a “green citizen” (國際綠公民) curriculum theme.

民族國中創立於民國57年（1968年），原址鄰近松山機場航道，因飛機噪音問題於1970年代遷至現今羅斯福路校址；遷校過程更因原地一處蠶業試驗場尚未遷出而延宕，等待新校舍完工期間，學生曾借用四所學校教室上課。自2016學年度起，教師發起由下而上的改革計畫，促成學校於民國108年（2019年）8月轉型為實驗國中，並以「國際綠公民」作為課程主軸。
