Mingren Junior High School was founded in 1969 in the heart of Miaoli City, just a three-minute walk from Maoli Mountain Park. The school is well known for its art-talent program, established in 1995, which today serves about 78 students across grades 7 through 9. Five specialist art teachers guide students through sketching, watercolor, ink painting, design, and printmaking, giving Mingren a distinct identity among Miaoli's junior highs.
明仁國中創立於民國58年（1969年），位於苗栗市中心，距離貓貍山公園僅約三分鐘路程。學校以美術資優班聞名，該班成立於民國84年（1995年），目前約有78名七至九年級學生就讀。五位專業美術教師教授素描、水彩、水墨、設計與版畫等課程，讓明仁國中在苗栗各國中間獨具特色。
