Mingli Elementary is a small public elementary school in Mingli Village, one of the Truku Indigenous communities of Wanrong Township. Alongside its regular curriculum, the school has become known for its dedicated weaving class, which passes traditional Truku textile skills on to local children. The school added an attached kindergarten in 2001 and continues to weave together academic basics, environmental education, traffic safety, and digital literacy with Indigenous cultural programs.
明利國小是一所位於花蓮縣萬榮鄉明利村的小型公立小學，服務當地的太魯閣族部落。除了一般課程外，學校長期推動「明利織班」，讓在地孩童學習並傳承太魯閣族傳統織布工藝。學校已於民國90年（2001年）增設附設幼兒園，並持續在基礎學科之外，結合環境教育、交通安全與資訊素養等原住民文化課程。

Mingli Village is one of several Truku Indigenous communities in mountainous Wanrong Township 萬榮鄉, along Hualien County's Central Mountain Range foothills. The school's weaving program is a direct expression of this Truku heritage, teaching children the textile skills their grandparents once relied on for daily life and ceremony.
