Longmen Elementary School

Longmen Elementary began in September 1947 as a branch of Huxi National School, becoming independent in August 1956 and taking its current name in 1968. Its school district covers Longmen and Jianshan villages. Since 1997, the school has developed a distinctive ceramics arts program, and it built the first school-based ceramics gallery and museum in Penghu County. It has also invested in outdoor education for nearly a decade, winning the Ministry of Education's Outstanding Outdoor Education School award.

龍門國小於民國36年（1947年）9月創校，最初為湖西國小的分校，民國45年（1956年）8月獨立設校，民國57年（1968年）定名為現名。學區涵蓋龍門與尖山兩個村里。自民國86年（1997年）起發展出獨具特色的陶藝課程，並建立了澎湖縣第一座校內陶藝展示館。學校近十年來亦致力推動戶外教育，曾榮獲教育部「戶外教育特色學校」獎項肯定。
