六合國小創校約在1945年（民國34年）前後，至最近一次大規模整修時已逾七十年校史。學校招收頭份市東側東庄、民族、民權、民生、和平等五個里的學童，目前約有32班（含一班特教班），教職員約66人。校舍前棟於2019年12月整修完工並重新啟用，適逢創校74週年。
