Lieyu Junior High School

Lieyu Junior High School was founded on August 1, 1966 as a branch campus of Jincheng Junior High School serving Lieyu Township, better known as Little Kinmen. In its first year, with no campus of its own yet, classes were held by borrowing space at Shangqi Elementary School's Shanglin branch, and enrollment totaled only about 117 students. A new campus was completed the following year, and the Fujian Provincial Education Department formally renamed it "Kinmen County Lieyu Junior High School." It remains the only junior high school on Little Kinmen, and has celebrated its 60th anniversary; it currently enrolls around 89 students across 6 classes.

烈嶼國中創立於民國55年（1966年）8月1日，最初為金城國中在烈嶼鄉（俗稱小金門）設立的分校。創校首年尚無自有校舍，借用上岐國小上林分班上課，全校僅約117名學生。隔年新校舍落成，福建省教育廳正式定名為「金門縣立烈嶼國民中學」。烈嶼國中至今仍是小金門唯一的國中，已歡慶60週年校慶，現有約89名學生，分為6個班級。
