Jiaxing Junior High began in April 1989 as the "Qianfeng Junior High Jiaxing Branch" before becoming an independent school in April 1997. Its founding was pushed forward by the leaders of six neighboring villages — Jiaxing, Jiafeng, Tandi, Huagang, Sanhe, and Dazhuang — reflecting strong local community support.
