Zhongxing Elementary is a public school in Keelung's Xinyi District, now operating as a bilingual education school, with facilities that include a library, playground, computer room, activity center, multi-purpose court, and parking. In August 2021, when nearby Yuemei Elementary permanently closed after 57 years, Zhongxing received the school's remaining 33 students. Keelung Mayor Lin Yu-chang has highlighted Zhongxing as a future "regional flagship school" for the district.
中興國小是基隆市信義區的一所公立學校，如今推動雙語教育，校內設有圖書館、遊戲場、電腦教室、活動中心、多功能球場及停車場等設施。2021年（民國110年）8月，鄰近的月眉國小在57年校史後正式廢校，中興國小接收了該校最後33名學生。基隆市長林右昌曾將中興國小點名為未來的「區域指標學校」。
