Keelung Municipal Zhongshan High School

Keelung Municipal Zhongshan High School was founded in August 1962. On April 22, 1999, it was restructured into a "complete school" (完全中學) spanning both junior high and senior high divisions, and in 2000 it took its current official name, 基隆市立中山高級中學. Note: this school appears twice in some school directories — once as a junior high and once as a senior high — because it is a single institution offering both divisions under one administration.

市立中山高中創立於民國51年（1962年）8月。民國88年（1999年）4月22日，學校改制為橫跨國中與高中部的「完全中學」，並於民國89年（2000年）確立現今校名「基隆市立中山高級中學」。提醒：本校在部分學校名錄中會分別以「國中」與「高中」兩筆資料列出，實為同一所學校，僅為單一行政體制下同時開設國中部與高中部。
