Jieshou Junior High School

Jieshou Junior High opened in 1968, one of the first new junior high schools built in Taipei City to implement the newly introduced nine-year compulsory education system. It sits within the Minsheng Community (民生社區), Taiwan's first American-style planned residential neighborhood, developed from the late 1960s with USAID technical assistance. The school's setting embodies Songshan's postwar transformation from farmland and the flight paths of the old Songshan Airport into a planned, tree-lined middle-class suburb.

介壽國中創校於民國57年（1968年），是台北市為推行九年國民義務教育而興建的第一批國中之一。學校座落於「民生社區」——台灣第一個美式規劃住宅社區，自1960年代末在美國國際開發總署（USAID）技術協助下開發而成。介壽國中的所在地見證了松山區從農地與松山機場航道邊緣，蛻變為規劃完善、綠意盎然的中產階級社區之過程。
