Jiayi Elementary School

Jiayi Elementary serves a Paiwan indigenous student population across Majia Township's Lianshan, Jiayi, and Paiwan villages, plus part of neighboring Wanluan Township. As of the 2022–23 school year, the school had 10 classes, 153 students, 22 teachers, and 2 staff, with its own cafeteria and an attached kindergarten. Beyond academics, the school runs baseball, volleyball, archery, choir, and painting programs — its youth baseball team (佳義國小少棒隊) is well known enough to be documented in the Taiwan Baseball Wiki.

佳義國小服務瑪家鄉連山村、佳義村、排灣村及萬巒鄉部分地區的排灣族學童。截至111學年度，全校共有10個班級、153名學生、22位教師、2位職工，設有自設廚房及附設幼兒園。除了學科教學，學校也推動棒球、排球、射箭、合唱與繪畫等課程——校內的佳義國小少棒隊小有名氣，並被收錄於台灣棒球維基館。
