Jiangao Junior High School

Jiangao Junior High began in 1977 as the "Jiangjun Branch" of Wan'an Junior High, before becoming a fully independent school on August 1, 1978. Its main administration and teaching building was rebuilt in 2000, described locally as "the grandest learning hall on Jiangjun Island." Over the decades, the school has built around 920 alumni across a wide range of professions, and today offers distinctive programs in stone-carving crafts, kayaking, and marine education — subjects drawn directly from island life.

將澳國中前身為民國66年（1977年）設立的望安國中「將軍分部」，民國67年（1978年）8月1日正式獨立設校。民國89年（2000年）重建行政與教學大樓，被在地譽為「將軍嶼上最壯麗的學習殿堂」。歷年培育約920位校友，投身各行各業。學校也發展出石雕工藝、獨木舟與海洋教育等特色課程，皆取材自島上的生活日常。
