Jiande Junior High, in Keelung's Anle District, is best known for its Dance Gifted/Talented Program — first established as a dedicated dance-gifted class in 1995 and reorganized into a broader arts-talented class in 2011. The school's dance students have brought home top honors from national dance competitions continuously from 2000 through 2023, an unusually long streak of sustained excellence for a single program. Beyond the studio, the school serves the everyday academic needs of its Anle District neighborhood.
