Fuli Junior High School

Fuli Junior High's history traces back to 1940, when a campus in the area was built as a Japanese colonial-era school serving only Japanese children — a facility abandoned after the war. In 1959, the same site was reused to open a Fuli branch campus of Yuli Junior High, addressing a genuine safety concern: students otherwise faced a long and risky commute to Yuli town. The branch became fully independent in 1964 and took its current name in 1968, growing into the junior high that anchors Fuli's rice-farming community today.

富里國中的歷史可追溯至昭和15年（1940年），當時當地興建的校舍僅供日治時期的日籍子弟就讀，戰後一度荒廢。民國48年（1959年），同一校址重新啟用，成為玉里國中富里分部，解決了學生通勤玉里所面臨的真實安全疑慮。分部於民國53年（1964年）正式獨立設校，民國57年（1968年）定名為現名，逐漸成長為今日富里稻鄉社群的教育中心。
