Fuxing Elementary School serves Xinfeng Township, Hsinchu County, and recently celebrated its 80th anniversary, placing its founding around 1946. Over the decades, the school has grown branch campuses of its own — its former outpost at Yuanshan later split off to become the fully independent Fulong Elementary School in 1970. Today Fuxing is recognized as a "Tsing Hua STEAM School" partnership site, collaborating with National Tsing Hua University on science, technology, engineering, arts, and math education, and it operates a New Immigrant Learning Center supporting students and families from immigrant backgrounds.
福興國小位於新竹縣新豐鄉，近年舉辦建校80週年慶祝活動，推估創校年代約在民國35年（1946年）前後。多年來，學校也曾設立分校——其位於員山的分班於民國59年（1970年）獨立設校，成為現今的福龍國小。如今福興國小是「清華STEAM學校」合作夥伴，與國立清華大學攜手推動科學、科技、工程、藝術與數學教育，並設有新住民學習中心，支持新住民背景的學生與家庭。
