A century of agricultural roots, now a comprehensive high school.
National Guanxi Senior High traces its history to March 1924, when it opened under Japanese rule as the "Taiwan Public Guanxi Agricultural Supplementary School," a two-year program training local farmers' children in agricultural skills. Over the following decades it evolved into a vocational school specializing in agriculture and forestry before converting into a national comprehensive senior high school in 2003. Today it enrolls roughly 861 students across general academic and vocational tracks including horticulture, animal husbandry, food processing, and home economics.
