Fuxing Elementary serves Fuxing Village in Emei Township, near the scenic Emei Lake. In 2025 the school launched "晴耕雨讀" (Sunny Farming, Rainy Reading), a new learning platform blending agricultural and literacy education. It has also developed its own educational handbooks documenting local folklore plants and native bird species, and marks the school calendar with community traditions such as dragon-dance performances and graduation ceremonies held by the water.
