Fulong Elementary School

Fulong Elementary School originated in 1967 as a branch classroom of Fuxing Elementary School in the Yuanshan area, became a branch campus in 1969, and gained full independence in 1970. The school celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2020. Located near the Hsinchu–Taoyuan border, Fulong faces the demographic pressures common to Taiwan's outlying rural communities — enrollment has declined to about 30 students from a peak of roughly 50. In response, the school has partnered with National Tsing Hua University on a bilingual experimental curriculum aimed at strengthening its appeal and educational offerings.

福龍國小起源於民國56年（1967年）員山地區福興國小的分班，民國58年（1969年）升格為分校，民國59年（1970年）正式獨立設校。學校於民國109年（2020年）舉辦建校五十週年慶祝活動。校址位於新竹與桃園交界處，福龍國小面臨台灣許多鄉村社區共同的人口壓力——學生人數已從高峰期約50人降至約30人。為因應此挑戰，學校與國立清華大學合作推動雙語實驗課程，以強化學校的吸引力與教育內涵。
