Fude Elementary School began preparation in August 1976 under the sponsorship of the then-Songshan District's Xingya Elementary School, and was formally established in August 1977 as "Taipei Municipal Songshan District Fude Elementary School" under founding principal Lin Zhongxiao. It opened with 18 classes, 836 students, and 36 staff. Sitting on a 15,220-square-meter campus near the base of the Four Beasts Mountains hiking trail system, the school today brands its curriculum around five "Fude" themes — numeracy, reading, technology and maker education, international education, and wellbeing — positioning itself as a localized trilingual school.
福德國小於1976年（民國65年）8月由當時松山區興雅國小協助籌備，1977年（民國66年）8月正式成立，初名「臺北市松山區福德國民小學」，首任校長林仲孝，創校時有18班、學生836人、教職員36人。校地面積15,220平方公尺，鄰近四獸山登山系統入口。學校現以「趣數福德」「愛閱福德」「創科福德」「國際福德」「幸福福德」五大主題規劃課程，定位為在地化三語學校。
