A neighborly role in Shoufeng's school history.
Fengshan Elementary is one of Shoufeng Township's established village schools, already standing by at least 1963 when it played a quiet but important role in local history: it lent its classrooms to the newly formed Shoufeng Junior High School while that school's own campus was still under construction. That gesture of neighborly cooperation helped one of the township's most important secondary schools get off the ground.
