Dong'an Junior High School

Dong'an Junior High was founded in 1999, after a preparatory office was established in August 1996. The school is located in the 官路缺 (Guanluque) area of Pingzhen — a neighborhood name that references a historic Qing-era official route through the hills, tying the school to the district's old inland transportation geography. It became a municipal institution in 2014 following Taoyuan County's upgrade to special-municipality status.
