Dianguang Elementary School

Dianguang Elementary opened in 1942 under Japanese colonial rule as "關山泉學校日出國語講習所," becoming independent in 1946 and adopting its current name in 1968. Tucked into the hills of Guanshan Town's remote Dianguang tribal community, the school has become renowned as a model specialty school, known for its hand-painted school buildings, weekend "travel-study" programs, and rich campus plant ecology. It actively promotes Amis Indigenous culture and hosts educational tourism programs that bring visitors into this small mountain village.

電光國小創立於日治昭和17年（1942年），初名「關山泉學校日出國語講習所」，民國35年（1946年）獨立設校，民國57年（1968年）定名為現名。學校座落於關山鎮偏遠的電光部落山區，以彩繪校舍、週末「遊學」課程與豐富的校園植物生態聞名，堪稱特色學校典範。學校積極推廣阿美族文化，並舉辦教育旅遊活動，吸引訪客走進這座山中小村。
