Dehe Elementary School

Dehe Elementary began in September 1977 as a branch class of neighboring Zhonghe Elementary School. It became an independent branch school in 1980, then a fully independent school in 1982 under founding principal Lin Zhenxiang. In 1988, the school became Keelung's administrative computerization center school for elementary schools, an early role in the city's move toward digital school administration. It has recently undergone demolition and reconstruction of its "Dexing Building."

德和國小於民國66年（1977年）9月以中和國小分班的形式成立。民國69年（1980年）升格為分校，民國71年（1982年）在創校校長林振祥帶領下正式獨立設校。民國77年（1988年），學校成為基隆市國小行政電腦化中心學校，是基隆市推動學校行政電腦化的早期角色。校內「德興樓」近年也進行了拆除重建工程。
