Dayi Junior High School

Dayi Junior High School was founded in 1970 and moved into its permanent campus two years later, in 1972. Since 1996, its wind and marching band has performed regularly at local celebrations near the Lotus Pond scenic area, becoming something of a neighborhood fixture. The school sits close to Lotus Pond (蓮池潭) and the East Gate of the old Fongshan County walled city, placing it at the heart of Zuoying's historic core.

大義國中創立於民國59年（1970年），民國61年（1972年）遷入現址永久校區。自民國85年（1996年）起，學校管樂儀隊經常在蓮池潭風景區周邊的地方慶典中演出，已成為社區活動的固定班底。校址鄰近蓮池潭與鳳山縣舊城東門，正位於左營歷史核心地帶。
