Yixing Elementary School

Yixing Elementary School became independent on September 1, 1963, when Zhonghe National School's Yixing Branch, established in 1959, was granted independent status. As a small rural school spun off from Zhonghe Elementary, it serves one of Shuishang Township's outlying farming villages on the agricultural plain south of Chiayi Airport. Today the school runs public/open observation classes and Wednesday afternoon teacher professional-development sessions, a character education curriculum based on Jing Si Aphorisms (靜思語), health education initiatives covering vision care, dental hygiene, and dengue fever prevention, and multiple digital learning platforms including PaGamO, Junyi Academy (均一), and Cool English.

義興國小於民國52年（1963年）9月1日獨立設校，前身為民國48年（1959年）設立的忠和國民學校義興分校。作為忠和國小分出的小型鄉村學校，服務嘉義航空站以南、水上鄉外圍的農村聚落。現今學校推動公開觀課及週三下午教師專業發展研習，以靜思語為本的品格教育課程，視力保健、牙齒保健、登革熱防治等健康教育活動，並運用PaGamO、均一教育平台、Cool English等多項數位學習平台。
