Chenggong Elementary School became independent on September 16, 1952, when Zhonghe National School's Sanjiepu Branch was granted independent status. The school brands itself as "家門口的好學校" (the good school at your doorstep), reflecting its role as a neighborhood anchor for the Sanjie Village community. Today it participates in an International Classroom Learning (ICL) partnership program, runs a recorder ensemble and dance competition programs, and offers food and agricultural education initiatives.
成功國小於民國41年（1952年）9月16日獨立設校，前身為忠和國民學校三界埔分校。學校自我定位為「家門口的好學校」，反映其作為三界村社區教育重心的角色。現今學校參與國際教室學習（ICL）夥伴計畫，經營直笛團與舞蹈競賽活動，並推動食農教育課程。
