Tainan Cenglin Elementary School

Cenglin Elementary School was founded in February 1946. It is one of only two elementary schools in Yujing District and the smaller of the two, with about 6 classes and 54 students as of the 2022 school year. The campus sits along the route toward Yumpao, reached from the Jiucenglin bus stop on the Xingnan bus line, about 600 meters on foot. The school's lunch program uses only domestically sourced pork and beef, and its site holds AA web-accessibility certification. Notably, its teaching building, health room, kitchen, and specialty classrooms have been evaluated for cultural-heritage value by the Tainan City Cultural Heritage Management Office.

層林國小創校於民國35年（1946年）2月，是玉井區僅有的兩所國小之一，也是規模較小的一所，111學年度全校約6班、54名學生。校址鄰近往楠埔的路線，自「九層林」站下興南客運步行約600公尺可達。學校午餐全面採用國產豬肉與牛肉，網站並取得AA無障礙網站標章。值得一提的是，教學樓、保健室、廚房及專科教室等建築已由台南市文化資產管理處進行文化資產價值評估。
