Caoluo Elementary School

Caoluo Elementary is currently one of the largest elementary schools in Guanyin District — about 57 classes and roughly 1,550 students, so overcrowded that the principal's office has reportedly been converted into a classroom. Taoyuan's education bureau approved a NT$235 million expansion (21 new classrooms), expected to finish in the second half of 2025 and raise capacity to 66-72 classes. The school's motto is “Love reading, respect discipline, love sports, respect life” (喜歡讀書、遵守紀律、熱愛運動、尊重生命), and its catchment covers the Caota, Caoxin, Tajiao, Baozhang, and Fulin neighborhoods.

草漯國小目前是觀音區規模最大的小學之一，約57班、1,550名學生，班級數之多，據傳連校長室都已改為教室使用。桃園市教育局核定新台幣2.35億元擴建計畫（新增21間教室），預計於2025年下半年完工，屆時容量將提升至66至72班。校訓為「喜歡讀書、遵守紀律、熱愛運動、尊重生命」，學區涵蓋草漯、草新、他腳、保障、富林等里。
